ONLINE EDUCATION

We believe in speaking directly to our client’s minds and educating them on the issues of the day, the products and services available that might help them, and many other tips and tricks that could make them more successful. Our clients are happier and more involved when they make a decision based on all of the facts and know why one option is better than another.

The biggest way that we do this is to provide online education on the items that we consider important and would like to bring to their attention. On our website, we have dedicated 4 sections to this.

The first of these is the Planning Tools section. This section has many different quick calculators that can be used to run simple calculations and get a decent idea of how well you are doing with respect to your goals. The purpose of this section is to give clients a starting point, and some basic information by which to carry on a more detailed conversation with us. They are also handy for running some quick numbers if you don’t have a calculator handy.

The second section of our site dedicated to the education concept is our Relevant Articles section. In todays world, there are so many different mediums competing for our clients attention that they are often times just too busy to find the ones that are most relevant to them. We try as hard as we can to find articles, from the large number financial sources that we read on a daily basis, and post links to them in the Relevant Articles section of our website to save our clients time.

The third education section is our new Blog section. This section is where we take the time each week to break down an issue of extreme importance to our clients and give them real concrete facts, along with our opinion on the issue. For us, this is a chance to put together something that is more concrete, objective, and researched than many of the articles that are out there today.

Finally, spending the time to gather all of these ideas is not going to benefit anyone, including us, if we don’t get that information out to the clients and others that can use it. In order to facilitate a dialogue and to disseminate our ideas to our clients and to the public, we regularly put on online seminars where we present different thoughts or ideas in a forum where people can ask questions and learn about an issue from experts, in the privacy of their home or office. We have an online registration for each event and will send reminders, as well as a link directly to the online seminar. If you miss an event, they are uploaded to our site shortly after the event so that you can watch them anytime you wish.

This has also turned out to be a great opportunity for us to get to know new people as well, and to build our company. Since these events are open to anyone, in any of the states that we are registered to do business in, it has become a good way for our clients to refer us to their friends and family members. They simply send them a link or ask us to send them an invitation to an upcoming event, and their friend or family member can listen to the seminar and get to know us before we get to know them.
